Shawnee is a beautiful bi-color female. She comes to us from the Oakland Animal Shelter and was found as a stray. She is on the smaller side as far as height goes, but is a solid strong dog that is looking to please. She has a lot of the traits of a young female, jumping up, learning to use her mouth appropriately, she is crate trained and working on potty training. For the most part she is quiet, she likes other dogs and enjoys playing with them. She doesn't seem to be to reactive to cats, but would need time to get to know them.
Shawne will need training to work on her basics as well as walking on a leash. When she came to us she had kennel cough and once healed from that she was spayed so she has not had a lot of training time. She will do just about anything for a cookie though and has gorgeous eyes that look deep into your soul.
With time and training she will make an excellent companion/family dog. Shawnee is microchipped, current on all her shots and is spayed.
